The Proctorial Board is primarily responsible for ensuring that students follow the rules and regulations framed by the college.

Key Responsibilities:

• → Maintaining discipline in the institute and ensuring rules are understood and followed
• → Monitoring the general moral behavior of students
• → Preventing students from engaging in any political activities on institute premises
• → Strictly handling cases of indiscipline, indecent behaviour, harassment, threats, manhandling, etc.

The Chief Proctor is assisted by Co-Proctors, Additional Proctors, and all Heads of Departments (who are default members of the Board).
